Previously out of order social workers are all blocked as they know and no communication with them or contracts are permitted.

New social workers can only get in touch if they are apologising for all the wrong doing of their organisation, confirming the lifting of all current injustice, and offering compensation for all the damages incurred. Otherwise there is nothing to talk about.
